In this role, you play a crucial role by providing administrative and commercial support to our Account Managers (new business) and independently contributing to cross- and upsell to existing key accounts.

Interesting, what will my role be?
As Manager Customer & Sales Support, you will become part of a young, dynamic and fast-growing consultancy company in healthcare ICT. You will have a key role in our sales process. You will have direct contact with various customers and partners within healthcare and life sciences and will be responsible for, among other things, the smooth running of the deployment process, recruitment and cross- and upsell with existing customers.
Your duties in a nutshell:
- You support our account managers in recruiting IT consultants, preparing quotes, processing orders and efficiently deploying our consultants.
- You recognise cross- and upsell opportunities and know how to exploit them thanks to your knowledge of the customer and our products/solutions.
- You manage customer and sales information and ensure that the database is always up-to-date.
- You ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and monitor agreements made.
- You keep a grip on the follow-up of open actions, through regular contact with the customer. Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
- You provide input for reports on which sales analyses can be based.
What we require
We are looking for a colleague who is strong in coordinating activities and knows how to steer process steps in the right direction. Someone who informs our healthcare customers in a pleasant way about both our services and the follow-up of (sales) requests. You recognise yourself in the following points:
- You have at least hbo working and thinking level and have extensive experience as a customer & sales support employee/manager.
- You preferably have experience in the field of sales support in healthcare ICT.
- You are customer-oriented, results-oriented and analytically strong.
- You are solution-oriented, proactive and accurate.
- You have good communication skills (both oral and written).
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English in word and writing, German is an advantage.
